House Key
Once you arrive to your vacation rental at the check in time, there will be a lock box located at the front door. The code is provided in the check-in email.
Please leave the key in the lock box at all times. If you have multiple families staying, everyone will be able to gain access at different times. You are responsible for the locksmith charge if the key is lost and not returned to the lockbox at check out.
TO OPEN THE LOCK BOX:
Open the front shutter door to show the combo dials and the release button.
Rotate dials to the lock box code that was emailed to you.
Press and release button down to open door.
Open the compartment door full to access the key.
TO CLOSE THE LOCK BOX:
Close the compartment door, it will click shut.
Scramble the combination dials to lock the door ad conceal your combination
Tug on in and make sure it’s secure.
Garbage Pickup Information:
Trash Collection Day is MONDAY MORNING (No Recycle on Davenport Area) Use both bins for trash.
Please ensure ALL garbage is secured in bags before placing it into the large trash cart. Garbage outside the trash carts will not be collected.
Trash can must be in the trash enclosure all times. Pick up day in MONDAY morning, bring cans to the curb SUNDAY evening.
♦ Position the garbage cart so the lid opens to the street
♦ No other container may be used for household waste
♦ Garbage cart must be within 3 feet of the curb or edge of the street
♦ Garbage cart must be at least 3 feet from the fixed objects.
♦ Make sure that the trash carts are returned to the trash enclosure after trash is collected.
Please make sure the trash carts are returned to the trash enclosure or side of the house after trash is collected.
EXCESS GARBAGE IN THE HOUSE UPON DEPARTURE OR TRASH NOT PLACED AT CURBSIDE WILL INCUR CHARGES TO YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $75.00 OR MORE.
Checkout Procedure
We hope you have had an enjoyable stay and have many wonderful memories to take home with you. Please note that check out time is at 10 am on the designated date of checkout. Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests. It takes several hours to properly prepare a home for the next guest. It is very important that you leave home on time.
♦ Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash bins
♦ Please wash and dry at least one load of towels.
♦ Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
♦ Please lock and close and all doors and windows.
♦ Please return key to the lock box.
Community Rules on Parking
All vehicles must be parked in the driveway before the hours of 12AM to 6AM
The vehicle WILL be towed if parked on the street between the hours of 12Am to 6AM and you are responsible for the costs to recover your vehicle.
No campers, RV’s boat, trailers are allowed in the community
No commercial vehicles or business advertisement on vehicles are allowed. The vehicles will be towed at the expense of the vehicle owner.
