Once you arrive to your vacation rental at the check in time, there will either be a lock box located at left side wall.

Please leave the key in the lock box at all times. If you have multiple families staying, everyone will be able to gain access at different times. You are responsible for the locksmith charge if the key is lost and not returned to the lockbox at check out.

Please refer to the details below on how to operate and use the lock box. The code is provided in the email sent with this attachment.

To open this lock box:

Turn the numbers to match the line across the middle.

Push down on the black knob and the entire front of the lockbox will come down. The key will be inside.

To close this lock box:

Make sure the house is securely locked upon your departure
Follow the same instructions above
Put the key back into the lock box
When you close it, please move the numbers around so the code is not showing and tug to make sure it’s secure.

We hope you have had an enjoyable stay and have many wonderful memories to take home with you. Please note that check out time is at 10 am on the designated date of checkout.  Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests. It takes several hours to properly prepare a home for the next guest. It is very important that you leave home on time.

♦ Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash bins

♦ Please wash and dry at least one load of towels.

♦ Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.

♦ Please lock and close and all doors and windows.

♦ Please return key to the lock box.
