Garbage Pickup Information:
Trash Collection Day is Monday AM (No recycle in Davenport Area). Use both bins for trash
Please ensure ALL garbage is secured in bags before placing it into the large trash cart. Garbage outside the trash carts will not be collected.
Checkout Procedure
We hope you have had an enjoyable stay and have many wonderful memories to take home with you. Please note that checkout time is at 10 am on the designated date of checkout. Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests. It takes several hours to properly prepare a home for the next guest. It is very important that you leave home on time.
* Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash bins
* Please wash and dry at least one load of towels.
* Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
* Please lock and close and all doors and windows.
Community Rules on Parking
No Parking in the street at ANY time. Your car will be towed at your expense.
You must park on the driveway in front of the house.
Only small trucks are allowed if they don’t extend past pavers minus 3 feet, or the side walk.
Also, no trucks with ay advertising.
Fitness room hours are Mon-Fri 5AM to 9PM, Saturday 5AM to 3PM, closed Sunday. To access use gate code provided in your check in details.
